Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. Custom or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@dollootd.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.

Refund Process

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
